The following terms of service constitute a binding legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between You and Alapcari Apps & Technologies Ltd., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Bangladesh (hereinafter referred to as “Alapcari” / “we”/ “us”), (which expression shall include its successors and assigns), setting forth the terms and conditions (“Terms”) under which the Alapcari apps (the “Application” or “App”) and any related services (collectively “Services”) will be licensed to You by Alapcari Apps & Technologies Ltd..
